Rob Werner

Rob Werner is a Cullman native and was proud owner of Werner’s Trading Company until 2022. This family-owned business has been around since 1952, selling a wide range of items, from outdoor gear, bikes, bees, and grills to clothing. Rob is also deeply involved in the Cullman Community. He has served on various boards and mentors students in the Cullman City Schools. Rob has also been involved in the city’s industrial development, working alongside city leaders and other business leaders to build and recruit new industries to the city.

Rob’s interest in the environment and nature has been lifelong. He has enjoyed exploring the Bankhead National Forest in the Black Warrior River watershed along with many other nature trails. Rob is a life member of The Sierra Club and other conservation groups.
