BirminghamAvondale Brewing Company is hosting the first “Autumnal AirWave” festival to benefit Black Warrior Riverkeeper, Cahaba Riverkeeper, and Coosa Riverkeeper on Friday, September 27 from 4 PM to 11 PM. The family-friendly public event features live bands, talented artists, vendors, charity exhibits, local food trucks, and Avondale Brewing Company’s high quality beers brewed on premises.

“AirWave is a celebration of everything our rivers do for us, where we all come together to support their conservation,” said Dan Morriss, AirWave producer. “Guests can expect a wide variety of musical performances and artistic displays as they enjoy Avondale’s recently remodeled outdoor concert space.”

Sponsorships, merchandise sales, optional donations, and proceeds from beer sales at the event will equally support all three of Greater Birmingham’s Waterkeeper organizations.

“We always love hosting great concert fundraisers for these three Waterkeeper organizations,” said Taylor Lander, Avondale Brewing Company’s director of marketing and events. “Their hard work ensures the excellent water we use to make our beer!”
