Lake Cleanup Day on Lake Tuscaloosa
Black Warrior Riverkeeper is a proud sponsor of Lake Cleanup Day on Lake Tuscaloosa, the drinking water source for greater Tuscaloosa and a reservoir on the North River, a major tributary of the Black Warrior River. The 2019 Lake Cleanup Day is 8am-1pm on Saturday, April 6 at the Rock Quarry Boat Landing. Volunteers will remove litter along the lake and shoreline using provided litter bags and litter grabbers.
